In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding Eosta’s international market position with the Retail Sales Team.
Key responsibilites
- Develop and (co-)implement a strategic sales plan for retail per key account, using a multidisciplinary approach.
- Advise key accounts on building their organic category through trade marketing analyses.
- Identify new market and growth opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives. Assess the commercial feasibility of projects.
- Develop campaigns, product innovations, and other marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Strengthen the company’s competitive advantage and unique market position.
- Lead the Retail Account Management Team and, together with purchasing and product management, ensure sales across Europe.
- Build team support for new developments and translate our added value into market strategies.
- Be actively involved in both daily sales operations and the long-term strategic development of the business.
Profiel
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Agricultural, or Commercial).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fruit sales, trade, and supply chain management.
- Language skills: Dutch and German at a minimum B2 level, English.
- Affinity with organic farming, fair trade/living wage, and sustainability.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging sustainable products as a unique selling point (USP).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong networker, and a people-oriented business professional.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proactive with strong organizational skills.
- Socially competent, self-reflective, solution-oriented, and not afraid to address issues directly.
